Yokohama Interactors in Singapore :)

I had a wonderful wonderful time yesterday with the student interactors from Yokohama Japan. Bonded with some of them, it's a pity we didn't have more time with them. We went to acs international for their installation and the japanese taught us to make sushi. It was fun, cos it's like super long. After that we went to hougang ave 6 (i think) to distribute food to the old folks and went door to door to bring them down for free medical check ups. It was really meaningful. After that we made our way to esplanade for a little tour n dinner. I realised the japanese r really fascinated with our ice kachang. Haha i think it's bcos it's colourful. I bought two bowls for the group i hanged out with. Glad they liked it. After that we were broken into groups n had to lead them to where ever they wanna go. I lead 11 of them we went across the bridge to see the merlion. Than we walked all the way to clark quey. Along the way it rained a bit. Some of them didn't have umbrella, so we had to pair them up. It's funny, cos a guy insisted that guy n girl cannot share an umbrella, cos that means they r couple. Well, i guess so long non of us think so it's ok. After that we passed by a souvenier shop, they bought quite some stuff. After that we proceed to our final destination which is the liang court's japanese super market. It was my first time there too. So i was really excited. Too bad didn't manage to have more time to walk. Well i guess i can always go there again by myself. Than we send the jap off to their bus pick up point. We went onto their bus for a little debrief and sang a few songs, than after that we received gifts from different ones. I got a fan from Ayako. I was really touched. :) She was explaining to me what it is written on the fan. It says that whatever that i wish for will come true. So yup. She's really sweet. :) After that we said our goodbyes. It was sad to see them leave. But i will keep in contact with them. Yup. That's all. :)
